At Rohit Choudhary Arts, every artwork is uniquely handcrafted and customized specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All paintings, sketches, and custom portrait orders are made-to-order and tailored to your requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not provide any refunds once the order has been placed. We request all customers to place orders with full confidence and a positive mindset towards the creative process.
3. Order Modifications (Size Upgrade Only)
If you wish to upgrade the size of your artwork, you may request this within 12 hours of placing the order.
* Additional charges will apply based on the new size selected.
* No other modifications will be accepted after this period.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
In rare cases, if your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
* Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
* We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or correction). your order replaced will delivered with in 7 days.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed, as work begins immediately on customized pieces.
