Thank you for choosing Rohit Choudhary Arts. Every artwork created is unique, handcrafted, and customized specifically for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Return Policy
As all artworks (paintings and sketches) are fully customized and created based on your personal requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Each piece is made exclusively for you, and therefore cannot be reused or resold.
2. Delivery Time for Sketches (A4 & A3 Size)
- Creation time: Up to 7 days
- Shipping time: 7–10 days
- Total estimated delivery time: Up to 17 days
This is the maximum time frame. In many cases, delivery may be faster.
For sketches larger than A3, the timeline may increase depending on:
- Complexity of the artwork
- Current workload and availability
3. Express Delivery (Jaipur Only)
If you are located in Jaipur, faster delivery (within 2–3 days) may be available for sketches.
Please note: This service will include additional charges.
4. Delivery Time for Paintings (A4 & A3 Size)
- Total time (creation + shipping): 30–35 days
For larger paintings, delivery time will increase depending on:
- Size of the artwork
- Complexity and detailing
- Reference image quality
5. Important Notes
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or high demand.
- We ensure safe and secure packaging so your artwork reaches you in perfect condition.
- You will be informed once your order is dispatched.
- We do not offer refunds once the order is placed, so please place your order with full confidence and a positive mindset toward the artwork creation process.
- If you wish to upgrade the size of your artwork, you must request it within 12 hours of placing the order. Additional charges will apply based on the size difference.
