* Paintings: 5–15 days

International shipping charges and delivery time depend on the artwork size, weight, packaging, and destination country. All artworks are packed with proper safety and care to ensure they reach you safely.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be paid by the customer.

Since all artworks are fully handmade and customized specially for each customer, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed.

We also do not provide refunds, so please place your order with a fully positive mindset towards the creation of your artwork 😊

However, if you want to upgrade the artwork size, you can request it within 12 hours of placing the order. Additional charges will apply according to the new size selected.
